China and India, two emerging Asian powers, have a special view of relations. The new course of relations between the two countries is based on the ideas of a new generation of leaders of the two countries who sought to resolve old differences and established a new relationship that marked the beginning of a new chapter in strategic cooperation between the two Asian powers. India's high capacity for pluralism as the world's largest democracy is a powerful expression that, along with its large population, human and underground resource capacity, and relatively rapid economic growth, has increased its competitiveness. China, on the other hand, is in a good position with a high per capita income, high economic power and a good position on the international stage. Extensive cooperation and interaction between these two great Asian powers can create new conditions not only in the region but also in the world arena. Accordingly, this study answers the question: Considering the factors of convergence and divergence in the relations between the two countries, which group of factors ultimately plays an effective role and promotes the overall structure of relations between the two countries? According to the factors of convergence and divergence, the relations between the two countries are examined.
